PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Do you take custom card requests? We create a limited number of custom projects each year for organizations and causes we are passionate about, but we do not offer individual custom card requests.
What size are your cards? Our cards are size A2 4.25 x 5.5 inches. Can I request a different size? Our cards are only offered in this size at this time.
Do you include an envelope with each card? Yes, Each card includes a coordinating envelope.
Will you address a card and send to the recipient? Yes! Add this service onto your order here. We'll include a regular first-class stamp and your message with the card you've purchased! Note that mailed written-for-you cards do not include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when your card is mailed.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we do not offer international (outside of the U.S.) shipping.
Can I purchase multiple cards to send to multiple addresses? Each order should be placed separately for accurate shipping rates.
What is your refund policy? We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
BUNDLE QUESTIONS
Can I mix-and-match my bundle? Bundles are pre-selected but please contact us to share your suggestions for new bundles!
Are bundles all the same cards? Bundles include six different cards, pre-selected for the package! Shop bundles here.
Do you do gift bundles? We do not offer gift bundles at this time.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
When will my order ship? Orders ship 1-2 business days after payment.
Will I get a tracking number? You will receive a tracking number if you purchase from our store. If you order through one of our online retailers or wholesale partners, we cannot confirm if you’ll get a tracking number.
Why is my order taking so long? We ship all orders in 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, USPS sometimes has delays that are beyond our control.
Can I change my order? We can not change orders once they have shipped. However, if you have a change needed on an order you just placed, please contact us immediately.
